Skills:

• Deep understanding of statistical modeling/machine learning/data mining concepts Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: ability to tell a clear, concise, actionable story with data, to folks across various levels of the company.
• Proficiency with any general purpose programming language, preferably Python.
• Attitude to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.

Education:

• PhD in (Math/Applied Math/Statistics/CS/Physics/Cognitive Science/EE)
• Masters (Math/Applied Math/Statistics/CS)
• Bachelors (Math/Applied Math/Statistics/CS)

Experience:

• 0 – 3 years' experience

Responsibility:

• Working on Adaptive Learning for personalized education.
• Ability to work on problems in the field of education, knowledge acquisition, adaptive learning and skill mastery and skill networks with several products in the K-12 education and professional development space.

We will be considering an internship role for this position depending on candidates background and readiness.
